ANCIENT LORE SCULPTURE - TALL

Icon-inspired and carved of gray unfilled travertine, this work is set on a bronzed steel base for a study in contrasts. Textured vs smooth, cool vs warm: the interplay invites a closer look whether displayed alone or as part of a grouping.
